    Yes, govt fighting uphill battle but with all the money they are throwing at them it might make a difference. They have put on BBQ lunches and collected people for vaccination clinics. The Health Minister has even stated that they will roll out money incentives!!!! Something that would not be offered to me or anyone other white fella.
