The good news is that NWE's share of EP413 is surely worth more than the 12m market cap...so it's getting close to a buy purely on the prospect of a takeover rather than any certainty of funding.
BTW, some time ago people were resting on the relationship between Bharat and NWE for some comfort.
"Bharat are very happy with how things are going" etc as though they were some benevolent big brother who would look after NWE.
Well, now is the time. NWE is in need. Where is big brother? Why is NWE still "searching" for a partner?
Answer: Bharat will take whatever advantage they can get, including a cheap and opportunistic take over of NWE.
Any lower and that opportunity will be upon us, if not already.
