Hey duckpond, who do you pin the lack of achieving time frames...

Hey duckpond, who do you pin the lack of achieving time frames supplied to the asx by management of nwe, not just these small problems but the failure to update the minor share holders of why you change your plans or can't meet your committed time frames, and feel it is ok to tell them when the time suits you not when you are first made aware of any delays??
CEO's hate to be criticized. Go to your boss and tell him you can't finish on time because he didn't plan properly or he didn't supply you with the correct product,(you get the boot) wont be his fault he will pin it on some one *he* employed.But never his fault even though he is the bus driver!!
If i can't complete my tasks on time and within budget(prior to starting i must accept these terms)and i must tell them why the job can't because they have not covered for all contingents.Try that bet you don't win many friends in Managment, but i get the job done.
