Take a look at the ASX and see how many directors/executives are running their successful companies.

This is for the dummies, what Nathan Lude has done for the company so far;

1. the recent capital raising around $6.2 million

2. Chinese joint partner to get rid of the gold and base metals into the new company 'Austrasia' for 20cents, which by the way Emergent having 20% of it as well.

and

3. got rid of the management that everyone was complaining before for cost effectiveness.

So now we have full concentration of the flagship Beyondie iron ore project and other possibilites in downunder or overseas.
