Geez this place has gone from the rocket forum to the whiners forum.
This is a high risk spec stock, I strongly suggest if you aren't happy, then sell and put your energy into another stock that you hold a strong conviction for.
If you stay then complain to Chris Gale direct, that's why he's paid the big dollars.
Life is short, it's really not worth putting so much negative energy into a HC forum.
