Rare earths market should be strong and the China situation could increase that.

I just read through the recent announcement re South Australia Hallosite-Kaolin project and feel more confident that the new round of drilling should give us much better chance of success with the Halloysite.

The following two points from the announcement stand out.

1 Halloysite has been detected in 24 of the 59 holes drilled so far. Drilling to the North South East and West is being fast tracked to allow OAR to move into resource definition ASAP.

2 The current area of drilling is 5 square kms of a total of 317 sq kms which provides the company with the dominant land position in the region.

Sounds like they have drilled less than 2 percent of their total permit area and the plan is to fast track the new drilling to establish a viable resource.

On the basis of the above I have decided to hold on the stock even though there is a bit of negativity around at the moment.
