sorry you migtht need to recheck, as they didn't top up, these were free rights issue, I'm not sure as it doesn't say if there is a future exercise price with them. An incentive to keep them in the company until we get to 'x' share price or Jorc. .. usually if they leave the company early the lose the rights issue.
if you look to see where they paid for them.... it is Nil

sad to say its a dillution, I would be very concerning, (unless its a small amount...which has already occured) they sell shares... some do it to pay a tax bill or they could have done so to aquire more options... but will see with a holdings update in a month or so.
hopefully went the share price is 8-10cent by end of year... we will have a different tone to the postings.
major share price corrections in US, pressure on slow result re drill to come, etc etc... doesn't do much for confidence at the moment.
Patience is required in large doses... sadly i'm not patient, but still am a long term holder
