hey mate, that land is privately owned, it was discussed here a while ago. I have no doubt CHN have tried to acquire that land as have OAR, CHN are a power house and if they do manage to eventually get the land by the means of $$$$$, surely this could bode even better for us in the future any way. I will scroll back through the posts to find the discussions on this..
