I agree, people will sell when there are $ to be made.
I've been keeping an eye on our neighbour with the big find. They are cashed up and buying up the properties on their Tennent and they are still in the early stages.
Who knows what will happen in the future, but I do understand OAR are at a very early stage exploration where they do need to raise some cash, obtain the approvals and then find something decent. The possibility of gold is a bonus also.
