For mine it's very very ordinary that less than a week ago to effectively state there will be news in May for Gibraltar and then proceed to not deliver it on time.
There's one thing I learnt from my boss when I was a young fella and that was most times if things are running late or hit road block it's ok because everyone understands sh!t happens but only as long as it's communicated in a timely fashion and so there are no surprises. And in that, communication is a just about as valuable as anything else. The OAR team is really need to learn this but having said that, they are no Robinson Crusoe.
Anyway, will wait and see. I guess technically they have till midnight before May 2021 expires.
