Sources close to the shale junior said a revised proposal had been received from China-owned WestSide Corporation around the 20¢ mark with the situation set for a finale on Friday morning.
Armour shares closed at 13.5¢ just ahead of Westside's 12¢ bid price. The shares traded as low as 4¢ in July.
