    Its not a matter of fair points. His main argument was that you needed 10% local investors. That is factually incorrect and not really even arguable.

    BFL - bit of a different story. Didn't have a shareholder base already, as we do.

    We have 10000 shareholders. Some will want to sell, some will not. Sell side liquidity is guaranteed. Buyers is definitely more questionable. But whether you do an IPO or a direct listing, you still do a roadshow, you still present, you still try to do some PR work. Buy side liquidity is the same whether you do an IPO or not.

    that said, i do think we will open down, simply because weve been suspended for 3 years. I dont think that improves if youre suspended for 4 years. Eventually we need to trade and take the hit.
