JK talks a big game, but he's used court cases for PR purposes before. If he insists it's a slam dunk, then quits the board, then at the first opportunity the board drop the case, it's a stunning indictment from his colleagues and makes absolutely clear which orifice he's been speaking out of.
i still think the board will pony up the dough, but if they dont, i don't see any way to spin it.
I'm with you - lets get it all out in the open. A settlement would be disappointing at this stage.
