I made no comment on the validity of the ASIC case. Please quote where in the post you critiqued that i did.

I never suggested journalists should be able to invent links. Thats a stupid thought that you must be deliberately misreading to get. First, we are linked, however tenuously. Second, the point of my post was that it was a non-story. How you pull that into a comment on my ethics is bizarre.
