As many people have pointed out (including me) the IPO window is closed, you look like a goose rabbiting on about a relisting. It’s just shows you have no idea about equity markets. Google wouldn’t try and IPO in this market....the whole aim of an IPO is to get the best price possible...a fact you can’t get your head around.
