It shows US listings. In July there were succesful IPOs for over $300m, with another $2b filed for future launches. You can also see that some companies did an offering, didn't find appropriate support, and withdrew. Quite normal. Just depends whether you're an attractive company to the market or not. The IPO market is reduced, sure. No debate. It still exists though.
For Techies, youll see MGAM on that list. It is up 50% since IPO in July. Im not going through the entire year to pull out the Tech listings, but they exist. Some succeeded at IPO, and some didnt. Some are up, some are down. This month GigaCloud and OnFolio are both tech IPOs.
And since I still maintain we'd be absolutely moronic to try to raise capital at the end of a 3-4 year suspension with no recent trading stability, here's some other relevant info for you:
