The comment you've linked is, frankly, wrong. It invents rules that dont exist and says that we cant do a direct listing because of them. We do not need UK shareholders to do a UK listing. We need non-director shareholders and we have them. About 10,000 of them. I'm not hugely across Nasdaq rules, but a biotech than NashaNasha and I hold recently did a secondary listing there. Im not aware of any issues we ran in to with regards to the fact that almost all of our shareholders were in Australia. Cross listing happens regularly. That isnt a hurdle.
Beyond that, no one has suggested an actual disagreement with my proposal, so... i guess there's nothing people want to criticise. If there was, I'm sure it would've been jumped on by now.
