I haven't exactly done in depth research, but even as a critic of JK, I don't see a lot in this. Cant blame a bank when a scammer uses their system, can't blame JK for similar.

I understand why journalists will link a scam with someone currently being sued by Asic, but seems like a sideshow to me.

Biggest problem for us is that JK really loves his name being in the papers - really needs to get a nobody in PR to respond to the rubbish bits (if at all). Only link his name with the good news. He just gives oxygen to every flame that appears, which is why they keep appearing.
