Don't be silly boys if the sale go through the company will loss all its future in the AR industry and SWEEP will do its new IPO for their own benefits. The "20% of any profit" is not guaranty and will be subject to the dilution by the new CR.
700K is just about the present value of the future cash receivable of THD and its not paid by one time. The "Savvy" team is just about to paying off for our investment by using what we are going to receive.
Therefore the sale is not going to help THD for a new start of any project but just giving away for what our shareholders have been invested for nothing.
This sale is not fair and equitable. It has never been published to the market for any external buyer's interest. I have been giving offer to the market by paying 800K to THD for SWEEP and all other conditions stay unchanged but you can tell they wont sell the IP to me to maximize the best interest of its shareholders. If you want to turn around the boat, you need to make sure your driver is going to turn around or replace him but not just trust him(MT).
By the way theres some update for JP's shareholding below and currently there's about 54% share is owned by the general public.
Therefore if you don't care about this vote, you can write off what you have been invested in THD.
