Absolutely correct Ya.
There does not appear to be any Shell activity other than here is our offer , you are lucky we have made one to you so just accept it.
So typical of the majors in this industry and more so of Shell when they have a toe (not a foot) in the door.
On the basis of their approach though it is game on for the whole operation in it's current structure , there WILL be two more who enter the play.
