The percentage of SDL Hanlong actually own. As it was initially said to hold 19% then 17% and last I thought it was 14%.

I guess the cap raising and issue of shares may have diluted Hanlongs holding.

If it should be 14% how is that a blocking stake.

Should the board be able to set Hanlong aside and deal directly with Chinese SOE, and the SOEs be ok knowing that Hanlong is out of the picture after the T/O is completed.

It maybe an Australian explorer, however the resource is African so where is the problem of Chinese SOE owning the project.
