IMHO he'll walk away and find another target. Gilbertson can almost certaily just keep increasing the cash offer and I think he won't want to look desperate to win. Might be wrong - but think he'll walk now. Actually hope so - if CSM shareholders are happy with the way their board has accepted a below share market price and how hungrily they've got rocks in thier heads without any mineralization. I want him to get on with running TTY properly and forger the other c&&p. Archer.
