Don't forget something: if CMR goes into liquidation, the debts are forgiven...if you really want to see directors squirm, accept this offer and watch them service the debts and run the risk of insolvent trading (which is a serious offence) if they screw up again! CMR will be watched quite carefully by the ASX if it relists. Must be a great life running up huge corporate debts and never having to pay...and I thought the 80s were over!
I suspect Toll and YA Global will be more than happy to see CMR in liquidation. Are we going to let them off the hook so easily? Liquidation means they just shrug their shoulders and walk away...maybe even with some more of our money!
Seriously, have we not lost enough already?
