Yes, I will be taking my full allocation (having scraped together the cash!). I find it hard to value the stock, but my rationale is:
1. I believe the rights price was set very low in order to prevent the market having its usual reaction to a CR - resetting the share price lower still;
2. There has been strong buying support on market for stock at the rights price, even though you would expect the price to be very depressed with all the new stock looming;
3. The stock sold to the institutions at 0.2c became tradeable today, yet the sell side offered at 0.3c swelled by less than 20 million shares, so the insto customers seem to be happy to hold for now; and
4. Maybe, just maybe, the coal price has turned? Plus the share prices of the big miners have taken off, even if that's primarily a yield phenomenon. I'll take any signs of improved sentiment at the moment.
And I've never had a share holding in 8 figures before!
My major hesitation stems from the fact that presumably COK's next move will be a massive share consolidation and if that happens at a time of poor sentiment the SP may resume a downward spiral.
