    With Roslyndale takeover offering 2.42c and TVG takeover offering 3c a share, how come the shares are trading at 9c on market??

    That would indicate a strong desire to grab shares at 9c to take advantage of a 3c per share offer, followed by a rights issue dilution?? What's holding it up?
