Figured this might be of interest to some:
JP Morgan rates the stock as Neutral - Further production downgrades at Chinguetti and the need to drill new test wells is too much for the broker who has slashed earnings by 43% in 2006 and 46% in 2007. While the stock appears inexpensive against peers, the broker feels there's just too much uncertainty at Chinguetti, Tiof and Uganda. Valuation $1.63.
