That's right: they are the clientele you die to have: The early adopters, and health conscious people happy to trade price for quality clean food.

Do you see overweight people? Do you see struggling people? You see the same people in a CBD or in the mountains skiing.

Recession proof and on the right niche. Guess what you jack up price by $1 and nobody cares.
