I just assumed the extra few months were how long it would take for them to be listed. WE still need to determine the ratio. Maybe issue a prospectus? Seems like no shareholder vote, but wouldn't be shocked to see it tied in with another resolution at the AGM for Genorah to get something.

Give people time to subscribe. Then apply to ASX to have them listed. Then actually list.

Its nearly September. I wouldn't be shocked to see December 2012 being exactly 12months. Especially how slow NKP move typically and if a JV is 'imminent' then focus will be on that.

I guess we will know more when the timeline is revealed.
