my concern on dilution is if they issue 200m shares at or under 10c to pay for it?

I have seen other companies, with such, issue an additional option with such an issue at a lower strike price.

(say 200m shares at 10c + 1 free option(strike 10c) for every 5 shares etc)

Or if the sp weakens, 400m at 5c, etc.

the problem then, is that the old 20c options become dinosaurs.

I'm debating with myself the merits of the old options.

The issue is, that we dont have the economics of the project in hand, and dont know the capital structure.

Lack of transparency makes me a little cautious, but i am interested in the company.

I'm just not sure when, or what punt i may take. (heads vs oppies, and now or post capital raising?)
