Yes the company is keeping all the Dfs in confidence. Maybe they did it as they are new company in this hpa industry. I believe this company is a potential one given a positive dfs & with a very low estimate capital cost of 10-20million to get their hpa into production next year. A cr might not be neccesary & the company can opt to secure their funding through loan financing from financial institution. By opting this loan financing is the best choice to raise capital as it wont dilute our shareholdings.
I do agree that the major catalyst right now is to secure as much as offtake contracts as possible. The main concern for a customer is the quality of Aka's hpa&how much the pricing compare to its competitors. They will definitely be more happier if they can get a discount from Aka.
This company has been a selldown today as some investors has lost patience on it. Im not sure on others but i will keep holding on it as i believe this hpa industry will continue to grow in this decent years.
