Yes both of them have kept their hpa in confidence. For Aka is just 10-20million to kick its production start next year. I do agree Orbite is far more advanced than Aka but their is a sga plant(capex ard 100million)& they have their support from Glencore Xstrata.

Hmmph thinking about that hopefully Aka will announce their funding option soon. It will be good if a joint venture partner come in this time. Aka has start promoting their hpa project through mining conference&seminars this few months&has just went to Toronto Canada on 2nd-5th Mar 2014 recently.
Somehow is just my opinion. Or maybe im just dreaming all the way. Haha.
