The delay in getting out the New Option Prospectus is quite extraordinary
The announcement came out on 22 JULY detailing the New Option offer to holders with expired Lomo's on 29 August and stated that the New Options would expire 29 April 2016

So here we are nearly 3 months later after notifying us of the Expiry date of 29 April 2017 non the wiser with no prospectus available
So each day/week/month has eaten into the expiry date

One would have thought that a Prospectus would have already been drawn up prior to the EGM vote ready for finalising and sending to Lomo expiry holders,since they had already announced a 29 April 2016 expiry date

A balls up in my opinion as we get nearer and nearer to the expiry date with less time to hold the options
