ORPOA got approved because they were issued to holders the year previous to being granted an extension.
In the main ORPO holders are separate to shareholders and I can't see the latter approving the dilution of their holdings - particularly considering how cheap they are! - $0.002 per option for a 3 year extension at a strike price of less than half of the current strike price.'
