What are the chances of the new options getting through?
Liitle chance one would think considering it has to be approved by shareholders.
ORPOA got approved because they were issued to holders the year previous to being granted an extension.
In the main ORPO holders are separate to shareholders and I can't see the latter approving the dilution of their holdings - particularly considering how cheap they are! - $0.002 per option for a 3 year extension at a strike price of less than half of the current strike price!
