Hmmmm, well we are currently setup for a NO from Ed Husic, so this happening leads me to believe that negotiations are taking place that possibly could constitute a favourable outcome, but spun in a way that the actual outcome remains hidden until the election. Remember the Prime Minister has taken a position on the PEP11 extension prior to being elected and has also met with a certain Teal (Z) and as such he cannot be seen going back on a word he gave when he categorically had no right to make.

Now we are all paying the price for the words of an opposition leader whom was not in any way responsible at the time of his remarks.

The Liberals and Nationals have both been sensible enough to leave this topic TOTALLY alone and as such will NOT have bias should they form a majority next year.

A good leader would be able to spin this based on recent shortage developments!
