I agree with your words..but I have gone the other way...
Before August 5th - (application to Fed Court)... my support was waivering as there was no info/no movement/no dates/no NOTHING....
But once the application was made to Fed Court..... DB has done - IMO - ALL the right moves.
NOW this move today..... NEW consent order..... with the announcement to be made tomorrow - will tell us IF DB has continued to make the right moves/decisions to END this PEP11 saga - with hopefully - AN APPROVAL.
