Seems a lot of people are focussing on a loosely described "moral obligation" - which their isn't - rather than what will best create value for existing shareholders.
If you simply focus on the latter then surely one would vote NO on this resolution.
Cockatoo is the prize here, the PFS (despite protestations as to the conservative estimation of capex & opex therein) put paid to Irvine in my opinion.
