can you think of a commercial reason why rizhao gave what appeared to be a company heading towards bankruptcy 20mil with ZERO security ? its not like there is an iron ore shortage right now. i can only think rizhao are getting a lot better benefit than some small amount of discount on the ore and that would have to be an equity stake in weg. but could be wrong, have been plenty of times before....
