Actuary and wheels ...looking back on last substantial notice by ethical fund, see they bought mainly at 35 and 34 cents ...so they have big position at way above current price .
They only need report if they go up by another 1 % ..
A buy on fundamentals and chart not much use to me at this stage in trying to pick an entry price ..but those buy signals will be welcome reassurance when they are triggered ..
