Not sure why anyone hung up on sale of data centre..worth $10 million +\_

Sell and lease back or keep...does not affect earnings by much ...
Cannot see why board would keep confirming revenue is going to be higher , costs lower and star margins at this stage of the year unless they had a pretty good handle on it ..
Commsec had a full book on 35% margin lending six months ago and now zero lending so some forced selling and now tax loss selling ...for me still a buy but no sign of a break out to upside without some new event .

Agree like to see data sold just to clear the decks for resumption of dividend even though earnings will not differ ...
