At least there is nothing hidden in this transaction.
But a return of $57m on a loan of $70m over a period of one to three years does appear OUTRAGEOUS!!
Certainly indicates the Board have not been fully honest about the dire straight of our company. This is nothing short of desperation.
Just how will this facility be repayed? The company makes no money. They really have not progressed anything so how are they going to pay back $127m over three years??? It ain't possible.
But WHSP are smart and reputable operators. Somewhere they see a light. Or are they just looking to take over the company cheaply?
The 5% equity granted to them by the idiot directors was certainly the cherry on the cake but, in a windup, it is irrelevent.
EOS need to provide shareholders witha rationale for this funding.
