I couldn't help but notice this recent trade mark application filed by P&G. "4x stronger" to be used for one of their disposable wipes brands. We know the sk-ii wand is 3x stronger due to the magnetic microarray embedded in the wand. I'm not sure disposable wipes could have such microarrays embedded in them or even that it would be cost effective. Any thoughts? Possibly it's just a case of an increase in the concentration of the chemical used which is probably the more likely scenario.
