This paper was partly funded by ATH who would also have had input into the scope of the investigations.
It was received for review on Dec 2021 and published July.
As the sponsor and the major funder the company almost certainly had knowledge of the contents of the paper prior to publication.
It is proper to not acknowledge a paper prior to peer review and publication, but is it proper to not communicate the findings, good or bad, to the shareholders whose capital made it possible?
