africans dont give a .... who develops infrastructure .....as long as some does.
SDL has NO exclusivity advantage in this .....whoever stumps up the cash will build and own the infrastructure.
im expecting ann from SDL on how they're going /progresswith their M&A expert recruitment...and who they will cut to pay for this.
