My theory of Blaize is this and it's my opinion. Private money went into the company back in 2020. They kinda got something okay but not the best. We are talking 200 million invested gone. So with all the Ai hype these original investors want money back how sink more money into the company to make it boyant for a nasdaq listing. Sell down shares of equity to recover losses.

while hoping for commercial success they could make money possibly.

So BRN no cornerstone investor yes you are right it be nice if we had one 100%. My thought is that the board and top brass feel that they dont want to give up the control of the company to a buyer and this has been the stall. Not full control but if say Nvidia bought 25% of BRN they would be in control of 2 seats likely even if they got 10 %. The sp would rocket yeah but The original BRN brass would be giving up some control.

Personally I think Sean favours a merger and money what CEO would not maybe this was the reason for the vote against Peter a few years ago. So who wants a corner stone investor?

What price will the top brass be willing to give up x amount 2x? This is very crucial the dilusion cause if the success is massive 100 million could actually be 100 billion. This is all speculation. But if we can highlight that akida works well and this is proven in the announcments we have seen then a Nvidia could commercialise the crap out of it very quickly.

All this is speculation as to why we have not had a buy in.

At one ove the AGM it was trown around that an offer came but was not even seriously thought about what it was who knows.
