The 4C is quoting in US dollars so Brainchip had prior to the LDA call $US12,960,000 or about $AU19,500,000.
The LDA call was for $AU12,000,000. If this was
realised in full it would after fees be under $AU30,000,000.00.
This would leave $AU38,000,000 available under the LDA call agreement should Brainchip require further funds.
