I believe you may recall The patent grant Ann is 1st July in the below link pushed ATHE to 2.7 USD from 1.4 for capital issue purposes

This patent actually had been granted in 9th of March 2021! They announced it after 4 months!!! They kept it as silence from March to end of June.
