    I assume some pharmas may have been waiting on this patent approval before they commit to long term contracts, as it provides them confirmation that other competitors will not be able to copy the product and therefore erode the competitive advantage they are paying for. To be honest I assumed this patent was already approved, but this may now pave the way for further contracts to be signed?
