I found this though during the course of reading/research today which stumped me.

Patent Number - 8741970 - Tracey Brown
COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR THE ENHANCEMENT OF THE EFFICACY OF DRUGS

I am struggling to find a correlation between this particular patent number and any announcements dated back between 2013 (2 patent announcements - one for HA - different title and patent number, the other for VAST) and 2014 (no patent announcements?).
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
