From the NWT Forum from Jack
Catch 22
There are the 2 main reasons this has not started yet, from my research.
(1) We need $80k to get this started. (Approx 50k - 100k) No more. If we win you get it back apart from any other payments such as GR81 just got.
That will pay for the best advise you can get.
Do we have 100% case?
If not why not? Etc.
The firm will pay all other costs directly (adding a hefty fee) or engage litigation funders (higher fees again) if the advise is good enough.
(2) Someone also has to put up their hand to be the lead plaintiff.

Should we lose they will come after that person. So think about it, they will try to bankrupt you if we lose. But we'll have the advise first so we'll know the percentages. If we use/can use a litigation funder they indemnify the lead plaintiff but take most of the money for their trouble.
If 160 people put in $500 we are under way!
You need to pledge your money NOW. The lawyers want to know if we're serious.
It will be held in trust by the lawyers, they are a name you know.
You'll get all the details, you'll be able to attend the preliminary meetings etc.
So if you are in, email me, you can pledge on behalf of other share holders that you know want to be in also. You will need to name them. This will all be confidential.
